  10.  AB    A patient with AIDS was hospitalized with a left-sided face swelling and
  11.        protrusion of the bulbus. After cranial computed tomography and
  12.        fine-needle aspiration biopsy of the fossa temporalis we diagnosed a
  13.        mycetoma; localisation and histology made an aspergilloma most probable.
  14.        Antimycotic therapy led to complete remission of the symptoms. Post
  15.        mortem we only could culture Candida albicans out of the abscess cavity.
